Staff |
| The college
owns a teaching staff that possesses the quality
of well-arranged system, consummate academia and
cautious creativity. There are teachers for Doctor
degree and Master degree, professors, associate
professors, senior engineers, senior lab experts,
senior lecturers, lecturers, engineers and lab
experts who constitute the teaching and research
faculty, also the well-known experts are the leaders
of certain subjects. |

The college establishes an expert guiding committee
and invites some experts and scholars to be the
deans and the visiting professors from such famous
universities as Donghua University, Qingdao University,
etc. Meanwhile we invite Doctors, Masters and
excellent foreign teachers as our full-time teachers
from both home and abroad. |
| It is requested that
the leaders of the subjects should have senior
technical title and the qualification certificate
for higher education. The teachers of some important
practical training classes should be done by lecturers
or engineers. The college values the quality development
of of teachers with practical experience. The
excellent teachers are recommended to go to the
companies to learn and practise regularly. By
this way, they improve themselves and teach the
students the latest technical knowledges. |

There are 383 full-time teachers in the college,
including 11 professors, 78 associate professors,
more than 40 lecturers and 23 foreign teachers
from South Korea, Japan, France and Ukraine and
so on. Moreover, more than 100 technical backbones
from related enterprises of Shandong Province
as part-time instructors in practical training. |
